Any business to be transacted at the AGM needs to be lodged with the Secretary by 12th May.

All
nominations for club officers need to be lodged with the secretary by
19th May. Please see attached a nomination form attached. Please send
them to secretary1@campbellsbaytennis.org.nz or reply to this email

YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU TO SERVE!
There
are a number of club office and committee positions for which there are
currently no nominations for the 2013/2014 year. Please can you give
careful consideration for nominations and submit your nominations to the
secretary by 19th May 2013 for all club office positions. The club
office positions that currently have no nominations are:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Club Captain
In
addition we need a number of members to serve as committee members who
can be elected from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
