CPR and defibrillator training 3rd March 2013

We are very lucky to have a defibrillator located on top of the kitchen cupboard. On Sunday 3rd March between 4-5 pm Gerald will be done at the club to train us how to use it. You never know when it will come in handy. It is also easier than you think! It talks you through what you need to so. In addition Gerald will be instructing us on how do CPR using first aid mannequins
