In February this year
ROTARY BROWNS BAY held their second annual JUMBO TENNIS TOURNAMENT at CBTC. The
Charity event raised in excess of $7000 and the proceeds were divided between
FRIENDS OF BROWNS BAY SCHOOL and THE BAYS YOUTH TRUST. The event attracted 15
teams of four players including two teams from Friends of Browns Bay School
(photo attached), made up of teachers and parents.
Paul Mees, Chairman of
the event, commented. “It was a fantastic day where we raised money for good
causes and everyone had some fun in the process. The weather was very kind to
us and the use of Campbell’s Bay Club was again much appreciated by all.”
