Tennis at the Club under Level 2 [Updated: 29/05/2020]

New Normal under Level 2…..

If you are playing in a group of 2-4 then you must continue to book a court at and complete the Tennis NZ Contact Tracing Form  EVERY TIME you play.

Senior Social on Wed 7-10pm and Sun 2-4pm and MWL Wed 9-11am are back. There will be paper registers to complete when you arrive at the Club, and if you can, please bring your own pen.

The Clubhouse is cleaned weekly to ensure it is up to a high standard of cleanliness. Hand sanitiser is available.

More people are now able to gather in the clubhouse but still exercise caution. The approach of play and go is the simplest and safest option at the moment. The bar can now be open.

Please ensure you follow all other hygiene guidelines, including, washing and drying hands before and after you play. We are very excited to see you back on court so let’s make sure we keep our tennis community and ourselves safe.

*Night Players - Centennial Park is now open but please note that the council is also locking the gate according to the park winter opening hours. Our padlock has been destroyed by someone and we have placed an order for a new one which will arrive in about a week. Until then we advise the night players to park their cars outside the park and ask that you do so responsibly and respectfully of our neighbours.

We continue to be in close contact with Tennis NZ and Tennis Northern and will keep you posted on any changes in advice. Please click the link for more info and the latest updates:
